iciHaiti - Village de Dieu : 21 individuals including 10 active members of gangs arrested

On December 22, the spokesperson for the National Police of Haiti (PNH), divisional inspector Garry Desrosier, presented, among other things, a partial assessment of the operations of the PNH in the Village de Dieu.
He revealed that 21 individuals including 10 active members of the Grand Ravine and Barbecue gangs were arrested during the operations targeted at Village de Dieu by the PNH.

Among them are the named Bernard Frenel (36 years old), alias "kòk mò" of the "5 secones" gang, Jean Marc an ally of Manno, one of the gang leaders operating in the Village of Dieu and Mario Augustin a henchman under the orders of Barbecue.
Garry Desrosiers firmly reiterated that police operations will not stop, as Joseph Jouteh said earlier this week, who declared "[...] We cannot reintegrate bandits. There is no more time for palaver, now it is the dismantling phase [...] The bandits must know that the country is ruled, we cannot challenge the authorities.
