iciHaiti - FLASH : Time Change

Lyonel Valbrun the Secretary General of the Presidency reminds agents of the public and private sectors in particular and the public in general of the provisions of article 1 of the presidential decree of March 7, 2012 on national time :

Article 1.- As of the date hereof, from two in the morning (2:00 a.m.) on the second Sunday in March, national time will advance by 60 minutes.

Which means that when it is 2:00 a.m. on Sunday March 14, 2021, you will have to advance your clock by 60 minutes. It will thus be 3:00 a.m. to take advantage of the longer days in summer.

The Secretariat invites the population to adjust to winter time in order to avoid any setbacks in their daily activities.
