iciHaiti - Côte des Arcadins : Safety plan inspection tour «Back to beach»

Tuesday, November 30, Frantz Elbé, Director General ai of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), accompanied by Inspectors General Joany Canéus (Central Director of the Administrative Police) and Jean Gardy Muscadin (Director of Cabinet of the DGPNH) carried out an inspection tour of the Côte des Arcadins as part of the implementation of the "Back to beach" safety plan which aims in particular to secure the internal and external perimeters and the roadways leading to the various hotels and beaches, to the North of the capital.
On the sidelines of this tour Frantz Elbé led workshops with the various officials of the municipalities of the coast (Arcahaie and Montrouis) in which also took part owners, hotel managers, tourism promoters and representatives of several organizations of the civil society in the two municipalities with a view to adopting a specific integrated security plan for this sector.
