iciHaiti - Bahamas : 118 Haitians repatriated to Port-au-Prince
A Bahamasair charter flight left New Providence for Port-au-Prince last week, with 118 Haitian nationals on board (95 men, 20 women and 3 minors).

Immigration Department agents supervised the group of Haitian migrants by strictly applying all barrier measures aimed at preventing the spread of Covid-19 and its variants.

The Department of Immigration particularly thanks the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health and Welfare, as well as the Embassy of Haiti for their usual cooperation.

The Bahamas Department of Immigration in order to ensure compliance with Bahamas immigration laws, is committed to carrying out its mandate by effectively coordinating its efforts with other law enforcement agencies, as well as with international speakers.
