As part of the round of 16 of the Champions League of the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF)... and despite CONCACAF having accepted at the request of Cavaly AS, to postpone the date of the first match on February 18, against the "New-England Revolution" in Foxborough (Massachusetts) initially scheduled for February 15 and 22, AS Cavaly withdrew from competition.

Cavaly informed that after having suffered a second refusal from the American Embassy to grant the Haitian delegation the necessary visas to travel to the United States, the club has taken the decision to officially withdraw from the competition, decision confirmed by CONCACAF in a note dated February 15, 2022.
