On the night of Wednesday February 16 to Thursday February 17, 2022, during several operations under the direction of Divisional Commissioner Previl Jean Castro Departmental Director of the Center, accompanied by the Government Commissioner near the Hinche Public Prosecutor's Office, Me Edler Guillaume, as well as the judge of Peace, Jean Marie Toutanva, agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) of the Center proceeded to the arrest of several individuals among others:
Joseph Figaro Manace (32), from Hinche, actively wanted for his alleged involvement in acts of kidnapping and assassination was arrested during his wedding ceremony, as well as his witness Sainval Lutter, (43) in a church, headed by the Reverend Pastor Avenord Andre, located in Cherival.
Faudoas Guy Thomas, (41) a native of the 2nd section "Mamon" was arrested for illegal possession of firearms.
