A few hours before the celebration of the 219th anniversary of the creation of the Haitian flag, Frantz Elbé, the Acting Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) is currently in Arcahaie to supervise the security system put in place for the official ceremony which will take place on May 18.

He also met officials from the Arcahaie police station and police officers.

In addition to fixed points, police patrols crisscross the town of Arcahaie. Agents from specialized units were also deployed to ensure the smooth running of this official ceremony, reminding citizens and the whole world of the bravery and synergy that emerged between the heroes and heroines of the First Independent Black Republic.
