iciHaiti - DR : Two members of a Haitian gang captured in Dajabón

Two Haitian nationals identified as Jerry Chery and Rtichy Ruiz, with suspicious behavior, members of the Haitian gang "Base 117" were captured by agents of the Specialized Land Border Security Corps (CesFront) in the Dajabón border area, while they were about to enter the Dominican Republic. A Dominican accomplice who seems to be waiting for them has not yet been identified...
They were taken to the immigration offices where they were searched. 2 cell phones, nearly 35,000 pesos, 200 Gourdes, 2,000 Bolivars (± 21,000 pesos) and other personal effects were found and seized before being taken into custody at the Dajabón police station
