Friday, July 1st, 2022 an operation was carried out by agents of the SWAT unit at Tabarre 49, Eddy One zone.

As soon as the patrol arrived, unidentified armed individuals opened fire in the direction of SWAT officers, law enforcement officers. Under heavy fire, the bandits managed to flee, leaving behind two M4 assault rifles and a 9mm pistol.

A white Nissan Patrol vehicle, belonging to the PNH, on board which was Chief Commissioner Plaisimond Robert at the time of his assassination on March 1st, 2022 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-36085-haiti-news-zapping.html was found.

A second gray Nissan Patrol vehicle, registered AA-69914 was also seized, inside which license plate AA-04314 and a passport were found.

A motorcycle and various other materials were also seized including, among other things, chargers, ammunition, several mobile phones...
