Friday, July 8, 2022, in the presence of Frantz Elbé, Acting Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) accompanied by the Chief Inspector General Fritz St-Fort, attended the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by Cristóbal Dupouy Special Representative of the Organization of American States (OAS - Haiti) on behalf of Luis Almagro Secretary General of the OAS and Jean Victor Géneus, Minister of Foreign Affairs

This protocol between the OAS and the Government of Haiti aims to strengthen the operational capacity of the police institution.

It will allow the PNH via the "International Narcotics and Law" (INL), to acquire the necessary tools to fight organized crime, criminality and acts of corruption, while supporting the Community Police.
