The Support Group for Returnees and Refugees (GARR) recorded in June 2022 at official border points, the return to Haiti of a total of 18,802 Haitians (men, women and children) from the Dominican Republic, repatriated by the Directorate General of Migration for irregular migratory situation (7,491), voluntary returns (9,887) and repressed at the border (974).
