Wesly Joseph (23), alias "Ti Kanna" a convict actively wanted for the murder by buller of Calixte Jean was fatally injured during an exchange of fire as he tried to resist his arrest by agents of the Departmental Judicial Police Service / North in Acul-du-Nord (Haut du Bourg) who caught him in flagrante delicto while he was spreading panic and ransomed officials of a street concreting site.
