The Departmental Service of the Judicial Police (SDPJ) of Nippes jointly with the justice of Anse-à-Veau, carried out this week an operation which allowed the arrest of 6 people accused of drug trafficking which have been placed in the deposit by the Government Commissioner (CG) Me Frino Cadet, for legal proceedings...

During this operation, 739 grams of marijuana (drug weighed and tested by the Office for the Fight against Narcotics Trafficking), 15,634 gourdes and 54 US dollars were seized in the presence of Me Frino Cadet of the Deputy Justice of the Peace of Miragoâne, Me Methony Sauveur and his clerk Renault Laporte.

Persons arrested: Louigeste Montas (47 years old); Markenslove Chery (22); Menos Chery (65); Ariol Hilaire (47); Esterve Boyer (26) and Rose Mirtha Desimond (17).
