iciHaiti - USA : The Haitian Coast Guard in training

The Mobile Training Team (MTT) of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) gave a 10-day training on Haitian Coast Guard operations at Moulin Sur Mer.
This theoretical and practical training, aimed to refresh and develop the maritime skills of the Haitian Coast Guard to carry out repatriation and patrol operations.
The training covered skills in boat handling, technical control of casualties, lifesaving equipment, navigation and man-overboard exercises.
This USCG/MTT mission strengthened the partnership between the U.S. and Haitian governments and increased the capabilities of the Haitian Coast Guard to achieve its national and international strategic objectives.
