iciHaiti - Petit-Goâve : 3 public holidays, which provoke the grumbling of the private sector
Saturday August 13, 2022, an Order published by the Communal Administration of Petit-Goâve stipulates that the Public Administration, commerce and industry will be unemployed throughout the territory of the Commune of Petit-Goâve on August 15, 16 and 17, 2022 for the celebration of the patronal feast of the city.

Reacting to this decree, the private sector of the city draws to the attention of the Municipal Administration the negative impacts of three days off in a context of acute economic crisis and asks Mayor Junior Bonheur to revise this decision by authorizing the operation of commercial banks during the third day until 2:00 p.m.

Let's rrcall that the city will celebrate its patronal feast in the "blackout" the Electricity of Haiti (EDH) being unable to restore power..
