iciHaiti - Insecurity : Arrest of the leader of the Tisous gang (Carrefour)

The National Police of Haiti (PNH) in the Southeast arrested the named Petit Frère Welton Jourvens (27) for his involvement in several criminal activities. This individual is the 2nd Chief of the gang operating in Tisous, locality of Mariani (Commune of Carrefour).
Welton Jourvens, was arrested in Decouze, on board a public transport bus, during a routine check, when he was going to take refuge in the metropolis of the South-East.
According to the first elements of information, Welton Jourvens had become the 2nd leader of this group of gangs, after the death of the Chief "Babout", so known, who had been mortally wounded in exchanges of fire with the forces of order.
