Sunday August 21, 2022 in the city of Cap-Haitien, during a police operation, "Benben" and "Ti chèch" thus known, two dangerous bandits were mortally wounded in exchanges of fire with the Police while 5 other individuals have been arrested.

Benben, thus known, was involved in the assassination of Divisional Inspector Telfort Férère, on Saturday, December 26, 2020 in Cap-Haïtien https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-32627-icihaiti-cap-haitien-assassination-of-the-divisional-inspector-telfort-ferais.html . Previously, he was part of the gang group called "Aji vit", led by "Peter". However, in 2020, following the kidnapping followed by the assassination of agent Larousse (27th promotion of the Departmental Unit for the Maintenance of Order - UDMO), the PNH had dismantled this gang of criminals which was installed in Shadda 2 and "Benben" had taken refuge below the airfield, rue des Miracles and rue Eben-Ezer where he committed his crimes...
