The municipal administration of Cap-Haitien apologizes to the entire population and informs them that the services and waste management of the town hall cannot continue to operate for lack of fuel.

Faced with the shortage of fuel that exists in the country and in particular in the municipality, the garbage collection company with which the town hall works can no longer provide service.

The communal administration asks the State and the entire oil industry to be diligent in helping the town hall and all other emergency establishments in the commune to find fuel.

Although we hope that the Government will do everything in its power to find a solution to this fuel problem, the administration counts on the support and understanding of all those who live in the community.
