According to the law firm "Advocatus law firm" Me Lubin Rousseau Substitute of the Commissioner of the Government of Aquin, would refuse to execute a release order issued in favor of their client Sylvio Lespérance (85 years old) imprisoned at the prison of Aquin, following a complaint by the wife of his son who died of a serious illness, for an unfounded accusation.
The law firm of Sylvio Lespérance denounces the illegal actions of the Substitute of the Government Commissioner and demands that he respect the law by executing the order for the release of his client.
