iciHaiti - Education : The Ministry asks to respect the return to school on October 3rd

As announced after the decision taken by the Council of Government to postpone the start of the school year to October 3rd, 2022, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-37497-haiti-flash-date-of-the-start-of-the-2022-2023-school-year-postponed-official.html the Ministry of National Education requests that all ministerial opinions relating to this decision be duly respected.

Emphasizing "it is important that all educational agents (school principals, teachers and parents) work together to respect the date of October 3rd for the start of the school year [...] it would not be good at all, in the difficult period that we live today, that some principals try to open the doors of schools before October 3rd as the State requires."

Consequently, the Ministry asks all the departmental directors, with the support of the inspectors, the Mayors, the Boards of Directors of the Territorial Communities (CASEC) and the members of the Assemblies of the Communal Sections (ASEC) to take all measures to enforce the decision given by the State to properly integrate the school.
