In a circular from the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) addressed to the Electoral Commission of the National Institute of Administration, Management and Advanced International Studies (INAGHEI), the CEC of the State University of Haiti (UEH) Informs that "following the deliberately non-standard operation of the Electoral Commission of INAGHEI, the University Council was seized in order to facilitate the organization of good elections at INAGHEI. Accordingly, the CEC kindly asks you to suspend all electoral activities until further notice.

The CEC counts on the collaboration of all the components of the INAGHEI (members of the deanship, professors, students, members of the administrative staff, candidates) with a view to the immediate application of this decision, the objective of which is to promote, in an atmosphere of conviviality, the realization of democratic, honest, transparent and credible elections at INAGHEI."
