As part of the Looting-Research Operation, the Police in the commune of Léogâne, (West Dept.) recovered 4 firearms including 3 12-caliber rifles and 1 38-caliber revolver which belong to Unibank and had been taken away by looters, during recent protests.

At the same time, the Saint-Marc Police, together with the judicial authorities, launched an operation to search for equipment and materials that were taken away by looters. During this operation, the Police recovered 3 motorcycles belonging to the Office of the National Port Authority carried away during the demonstrations which led to the looting of the APN...
