iciHaiti - Delmas : Delivery of cosmetology training certificate to 50 women

After a first group of 40 women received certificates as part of a 2-week cosmetology training course at Carrefour Feuilles https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-37729-icihaiti-taiwan-economic-recovery-project-40-women-successfully-trained.html , Friday, September 30 in Delmas, another group of about 50 young women received training certificates also in cosmetology (make-up, hair, manicure and entrepreneurship).
This training is part of the cooperation between the Haitian Government through the Ministry for the Status of Women and Women's Rights and the Embassy of Taiwan (Republic of China) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-36717-haiti-taiwan-$26m-for-an-economic-recovery-and-women-s-empowerment-project-in-haiti.html through International Higher Education Scholarship Programs (ICDF), for economic recovery and women's empowerment in Haiti.
This project is part of a dynamic of personal development to promote the economic independence of the most vulnerable women and fight against the violence they suffer in all forms. With this series of trainings, the Haitian Government and the Taiwan Embassy renew their commitment to truly stand with women.
