Me Gerson Constant and Me Rathon supervised the work of the cooks and the conditions in which the preparation of the dishes took place. They warmly thanked the generous donors of the "Diaspora de Jubilée " Association, that is to say the sons and daughters of Jubilée living in the diaspora, who sent money for the purchase and preparation of food for inmates.
