Friday, December 2nd, 2022, the National Police of Haiti (PNH) of Pernier (Commune of Pétion-ville) proceeded to the arrest of Phaidi Pierre (22 years old) and Legrand Enold (23), both active members of the gang led by Vitelhomme operating in Torcelle. These two criminals specialize in armed robbery, kidnapping and assassination.

Born respectively in Port-au-Prince and Pétion-Ville, and living in Pernier 38, they were arrested in Pernier and Carrefour Sainte-Claire, Road of Frères, not far from the National Police Academy.
