In order to promote women's basketball and more particularly 3×3 basketball in Haiti, the Haitian Basketball Federation (FHB) through its National Commission will create a women's 3×3 basketball league.

The main objective of the project is to create a network of 3×3 women's basketball tournaments across the country, with a municipal and departmental phase leading to a national tournament and also popularize 3×3 women's basketball in schools to promote young players so that they can exploit their talent and create new opportunities, without forgetting the detention of talents at school level to better prepare for international competitions.
