iciHaiti - Jacmel : Launch of the 2023 carnival 16/01/2023 09:33:49
The Mayor took the opportunity to inform of a change in the organization of this major event. Due to insecurity and the lack of electricity, carnival activities will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. He also informed that concerning the settlement of the 58% of the remaining debt of the carnival of last year, this one was under study at the Ministry of Culture and he said he hoped that the Government will be able to liquidate this debt before the national carnival is held next February.  Date to remember: February 5: pre-parade February 12 for the carnival of Jacmel February 19, 20 and 21 for the three fat days. S/ iciHaiti
