iciHaiti - Artibonite : The PNH multiplies its operations on the territory of the gang «Kokorat san ras»

The Departmental Directorate of the Artibonite police has mobilized armored vehicles, agents from the Departmental Unit for Maintaining Order (UDMO) and the Motorized Intervention Brigades (BIM) to carry out targeted interventions in the territory of the "Kokorat san ras" gang.
Several hundred bags of stolen cement, loot from a hijacked truck, were discovered during this police operation.
The day before, a member of the "Kokorat San Ras la" gang was fatally injured during an exchange of fire with the police. Two others were injured during an operation that the police carried out to dislodge a group of armed men who were trying to take control of "Kpenyen", a locality in the commune of l'Estère.
