iciHaiti - China : Donation of an ambulance to the Bas Artibonite Regional Committee

Friday, May 26, 2023, the engineer Léandre Appolon Executive Director a.i, of the Haitian Red Cross (CRH) handed over the keys of a Toyota Land Cruiser ambulance to the Lower Artibonite Regional Committee of the CRH, represented by its Vice-President, Herbie Elzie.
Mr. Elzie was delighted with this ambulance donation which will be of great use for the Lower Artibonite region. He thanked CRH Headquarters for this ambulance, which increases the visibility of the Red Cross in its mission of assisting the sick and injured in the event of road accidents. An ambulance that arrives at the right time for the community, because of the high risk of accidents in this area.
He also thanked the Chinese Red Cross for donating an ambulance to the HRC via the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).
