During the FIFA window for the month of September 2023, the senior Grenadiers will have their first rally since the Gold Cup 2023, to play the first two of the four matches of phase 1 of the League of Nations (September 4 to 13) of the the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF).

The challenge of this phase is the search for one of the first two places in the group (B) giving access to the 2nd phase of this competition which constitutes the narrow path leading to the expanded Copa America in 2024 (Conmebol / Concacaf) in the United States and also to a better positioning in the FIFA rankings which will be useful when determining the hats for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

The national coach, Gabriel Calderon, will soon announce the list of players summoned for this grenadiers launch meeting for the 2023-2024 season of the Concacaf Nations League.
