Jude Charles Faustin, Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office, informs the population in general and agents of the public and private sectors in particular of the provisions of article 2 of the presidential decree of March 7, 2012 on the change of national time (winter time) on Sunday November 5, 2023:

Article 2:
"As of the date hereof, from two o'clock in the morning (2:00 a.m.) on the first Sunday in the month of November, national time will move back 60 minutes."

NOTE that in order to avoid any setbacks in your daily activities, when it is 2:00 a.m. Sunday November 5, 2023, you will need to set your clock back 60 minutes. It will then be 1:00 a.m.
