iciHaiti - NOTICE : Any online borlette transaction 5 minutes before the official results is declared void
The General Directorate of the Haitian State Lottery (LEH) notifies the Public in general and Operators and Players of online borlette in particular that since February 16, 2024, any online borlette transaction which takes place 5 minutes before the official proclamation of the winning prizes, whatever the draw, is declared null and void and shall not be subject to any consideration.

This decision follows complaints received by the LEH, reporting collusion and bad practices established between most dishonest sellers and players who agree to print fake borlette sales sheets with the aim of improperly extracting large sums of money in the coffers of certain operators. It should be noted that this is a highly detrimental situation for entrepreneurs who take the risk of investing their money in the sector. Their businesses are at the same time exposed to bankruptcy.

While waiting for the LEH Technological Platform Project to be operational shortly which will be responsible for providing the system to all operators working throughout the national territory, the General Directorate invites operators and players to comply with strict observance of this measure emphasizing that anyone agreeing risks a fine ranging from 100,000 to 150,000 gourdes depending on the seriousness of the fault committed.
