iciHaiti - NOTICE : The «ASYVAL» Customs Value Control Module put into operation
The General Directorate of the General Customs Administration (AGD) informs economic operators, approved customs brokers, importers of goods, heads of customs offices, and all customs personnel and the public in general that, with the aim of harmonizing the process of customs valuation of imported goods in all customs offices, the Customs Value Control Module "ASYVAL" has been put into operation in the automated customs system (SYDONIAWORLD) since May 27, 2024.

It should be noted that a Tariff Specification Code (CST) will be assigned to each imported good according to its specific characteristics and that, for the moment, the CSTs created and integrated into SYDONIAWORLD are linked only to tariff position 1006 which concerns "Rice". You will be informed as other CSTs are created and implemented.

The Information Technologies Department and the AGD Control Department remain available for any assistance relating to the operation of the ASYVAL module.
