On Friday, November 15, the Haitian National Police of the North Department arrested Police Officer Stanley Étienne, Agent 2 of the 28th promotion, who was subsequently heard by the North Detachment of the Brigade for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS), accused of complicity in drug trafficking.

Stanley Étienne was arrested following a report by Clive Mccoy Cameron, a drug trafficker arrested on November 11, 2024 for drug trafficking and illegal possession of a firearm.

According to preliminary information, Cameron confirmed that Police Officer Étienne was in the habit of receiving bribes to allow criminal acts to be carried out.

For the moment, they are both in custody pending legal proceedings.
