iciHaiti - Politic : Call center for complaints about the public administration
On Friday, July 25, 2025, Fritz Alphonse Jeane, President pro tempore of the Transitional Council (CPT), in the presence of Council members, Paul Antoine Bien-Aimé, Minister of the Interior and Local Authorities, Romuald Petit, Director of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), and Julcène Edouard, Director General of Customs, inaugurated a call center designed to improve communication between the State and citizens regarding the services offered by public institutions.

Accessible via the toll-free number 105, this new service, which is part of an approach to accountability and the modernization of public governance, is tasked with receiving citizen complaints regarding administrative abuses, acts of corruption, and failures in public services.

In his speech, Fritz Alphonse Jean emphasized that this initiative demonstrates the government's commitment to addressing public concerns, particularly those related to cases of corruption or injustice encountered in public administration. Thanks to this new system, anyone dissatisfied with the services they receive can now call "105" free of charge, a number dedicated to receiving complaints and ensuring rapid and effective follow-up.

Jean stated, "This Call Center represents the beginning of a process aimed at establishing greater transparency within public institutions."
