iciHaiti - Program 4000 : Visit of the PNH to applicants of the 36th promotion 24/12/2025 09:16:57
As part of the P4000 program, aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the police institution https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-46429-icihaiti-pnh-training-of-4-000-police-officers-over-18-months-video.html , Inspector General Jean Marest Étienne carried out this visit during the last day of the tests consisting of an interview with candidates applying as police officers. During his visit, he wanted to thank, on behalf of the Acting Commander-in-Chief of the PNH, Vladimir Paraison, all the instructors as well as the members of the recruitment staff, for their commitment, their professionalism and their hard work towards the success of this selection process. Furthermore, Inspector General Jean Marest Étienne provided wise advice to applicants, urging them to demonstrate discipline, integrity and a sense of duty, fundamental values for anyone wanting to join the ranks of the Haitian National Police (PNH) and to serve the Nation with honor. Taking advantage of his presence at the ENP, the Director of Personnel also paid a visit to the PNH sewing workshop, in order to inquire about the operation and working conditions of this internal structure of the institution responsible for making police uniforms.
