As part of the national initiative Kat Ou La, the National Identification Office (ONI) announces the official launch, in the Commune of Gressier, of a new phase of the collection of National Identification Cards (CIN).

This operation primarily targets citizens who completed the registration process more than two years ago but have not yet collected their card.

Through this initiative, the ONI intends to reduce the backlog of cards, strengthen citizens' access to their civic and administrative rights, and improve the quality of public service.

Residents of the Commune of Gressier are invited to collect their National Identification Card starting Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at the ONI office located in the Léogâne Town Hall.

The ONI reminds citizens that the National Identification Card is an essential official document for exercising civic rights, accessing public services, and conducting administrative transactions.
