In accordance with his roadmap, Joseph Almathe Pierre Louis, the new Minister of Public Works, launched the development and rehabilitation works on the Trois-Mains/Gérald Bataille section of road, located at the border of the municipalities of Tabarre, Cité Soleil, and Delmas. This section corresponds to a portion of the Airport Road, near the intersection commonly known as "Trois Mains" and the "Gérald Bataille" roundabout.

He also announced imminent work on the Gérald Bataille/Clercine axis as part of a proactive approach aimed at improving citizen mobility, facilitating economic exchange, and strengthening the country's strategic infrastructure.

Minister Pierre Louis emphasized, "I am not a desk man. I will be constantly in the field to ensure that the work progresses and that the results are visible to the public."

Furthermore, the Minister announced the phased launch of several infrastructure projects in all ten departments of the country, marking a new stage in the efforts to modernize the national road network. He also emphasized that this work reflects the Government's commitment to providing Haiti with modern infrastructure capable of supporting the country's economic and social development.
