5 new community restaurants announced for the Gonaïves

At the 5th edition of program "Gouvènman an Lakay ou" in Gonaïves, Charles Jean-Jacques the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, announced the forthcoming opening of five new community restaurants in this commune, bringing the total to 8 in the City of Independence.
