As part of the preparation for the celebration of International Earth Day (April 22 2016), the Foundation Dr. Louis G. Lamothe has mobilized alongside the Seguin Foundation for a working meeting to plan actions which will be implemented during this day.
For this event, the course will be placed on the locality of Panyol, chosen as a pilot area, which will soon be transformed into Smart Village. Dr. Louis G. Lamothe Foundation believes it is urgent to reforest and transform our communities, to seek durable solutions to protect our ecosystems for future generations. It is necessary to raise awareness among stakeholders of the locality of Panyol to think about environmental issues and the true meaning of this Earth Day, an intelligent commitment to the protection of the environment in this locality.
The President of the the Board of Directors of the Communal Section of Sourçailles where the locality of Panyol is located, Mr. Alté Berthony, the representative of the community of Panyol, Mr. Lionel Orélien and a member of the foundation Rapino, Ms. Chloé Azria, have attended the meeting alongside Madame Rose Anne Auguste, president of the Dr. Louis G. Lamothe Foundation.
