iciHaiti - Funeral : Last tribute to Edwige Alexandre-Léandre
Tuesday, Pierre Josué Agénor Cadet, the Minister of National Education accompanied by its Director General Meniol Jeune and his Director of Cabinet, Jackson Pléteau went to Petit-Goâve, the City of Faustin Soulouque to pay a deserved tribute to the funeral sung for the late Edwige Alexandre-Léandre, an exemplary executive of the Ministry of Education, Coordinator of the district of Léogâne.

Edwige Alexandre-Léandre, better known under the name of "Ton Miche", who spent 48 years of his life in the service of the Republic, is undoubtedly one of those outstanding executives who understand the meaning of public service and constantly involved for the smooth running of the activities under his jurisdiction, underlined the Minister Cadet in the presence of numerous representatives and colleagues of the deceased, of the Departmental Direction of the West (DDO).

For the Minister "we must sqlute the departure of this great educator emeritus, this servant of the Republic, who devoted his entire professional life to teaching and serving the population as an educational agent. This model official will undoubtedly leave indelible traces in the education sector.

May he rest in peace !"
