Wednesday, agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) proceeded to the arrest in the neighborhoodof Gaillard (Ouanaminthe), of Charlemagne Dorméus suspected of being a dangerous member of the armed gang led by "Odma" operating in Savien (Dept. Artibonite), when he was preparing to flee to the Dominican Republic by illegally crossing the border.

In addition, the PNH arrested in Torbeck (arrondissement of Les Cayes, South Department) an individual identified as Charles Jean Olson, suspected of being an active member of an armed gang in the "Village of God" (Port-au- Prince), who had gone to the South for treatment for a thigh injury received during a police operation. At the time of his arrest he was in a house with his wife and sister and was waiting for a doctor known as "Franco".
