iciHaiti - Bon repos : Arrest of «Ti-Rasta»

On Saturday August 13, 2022, agents from the Intervention Brigade of the Bon-Rapos sub-police station arrested Sainca Jean Franck alias "Ti-Rasta" in Rosembert, a locality of Bon Repos.
Sainca Jean Franck is suspected of involvement in the assassination of Daphnée Joseph, the wife of Doctor Ecclesiastes Noël, perpetrated on the night of July 25 to 26, 2022 in Rosembert.
This arrest follows the death of “Papito” mortally wounded this week during exchanges of fire with the Police https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-37378-icihaiti-pnh-in-action-two-bandits-mortally-wounded.html who was also suspected of having participated in this assassination.
