Organized by FIFA in Toluca, Mexico, from April 24 to 28, "FUTURO III" is a regional referee instructor course for technical instructors from member associations of the world body in the North American Confederation, of Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF).

The course is designed to train and improve high-level regional referee instructors using FIFA materials and concepts. Theoretical and practical sessions will be conducted by experienced FIFA technical instructors during this training, which will take place over five days.

The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) will be represented at this course by Wilson Tilus, President a.i. of the National Commission of Arbitrators (CONA). To this end, Tilus will leave the country this Sunday, April 23 for Toluca in order to be present from the start of the course.

Instructors selected for this high level course, have been chosen on the basis of quality and must be actively involved in officiating development before and after the course to help their Member Association and even neighboring Member Associations to improve and develop refereeing.
