Named best player of the 2024 Concacaf U17 Women's Championship, Lourdjina Étienne received from the CONCACAF organizers the Golden Ball as co-top scorer of the Championship with 8 goals, well-deserved rewards which she shared with the rest of the team. Raymonde Rival, the Minister of Youth and Sports presents her warmest congratulations to Lourdjina Étienne named Sunday February 11, 2024 best player of the Concacaf U-17 women's championship which took place in Mexico and co-top scorer of the competition with 8 goals which earned him the Golden Ball.
The Minister thanks Lourdjina Étienne for having made Haiti proud by winning over the best young players in the region to win the most prestigious individual titles of the championship.
These two distinctions which reward the brilliant performance achieved by Lourdjina Étienne scoring against 4 of Haiti's 5 opponents in the competition, also honor Haitian women's football which continues to produce players of great talent after Nérilia Mondésir alias "Nerigol" and Melchie Daëlle Dumornay alias "Corventina".
