The resigning Government has been instructed to take all necessary measures to come to the aid of the victims and the families of the missing.
Finally, the Presidential Council, joining forces with Advisors from the Great North, invites residents of risk areas to observe all safety and prevention instructions emanating from the Directorate of Civil Protection and local authorities [...]"
