The Haitian State Lottery General Directorate (LEH) informs operators working in the gambling and gaming system that the LEH's digital platform has been operational since October 1st, 2025.

At the same time, it informs them that electronic ticket rolls for the online sale of borlette and all other online games of chance are available. They can place their orders with the LEH's Sales and Marketing Department.

The LEH specifies that, as of October 1st, 2025, only POS (Point of Sale) systems provided by the LEH will be authorized for the operation of lottery games throughout the country. A grace period is granted until January 1st, 2026, to complete the transition. All operators must contact the LEH Licensing Department as soon as possible to begin the regularization process. Any person or company using a third-party system after this date is subject to permanent license revocation and a lifetime ban from operating in the sector.

The LEH emphasizes that this approach is a response to the requirements of national and international institutions responsible for preventing and combating money laundering, the financing of terrorism, and the proliferation of weapons in the gambling industry in Haiti.

The General Directorate reminds operators that a transition period not exceeding three (3) months, starting October 1st, 2025, is granted to them to connect their POS and interconnect their respective digital platforms with that of the LEH.
