She recalled that to access the rank of ATI, the hougan must be minimum 57 years old, have at least 31 years of priesthood, be the , be spiritual reference of the voodoo community and in the Haitian society etc... stressing that Mr. Saint Clou does not meet several of these criteria, including age and the number of years required of priesthood.

Moreover, following the resignation of the Electoral Adviser Joseph Néhémy she wishes to clarify that the voodoo sector had no representative on the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) and Me Néhémy therefore not represented this sector. Furthermore she states that Haitian voodoo sector is not interested to be represented in a CEP, that does not inspire confidence in the population.
