The Jacmel police arrested this week, Fernando Pascal (18 years old) active member of the "Scorpion" Gang, led by Etienne Jean Charles alias "Jeneral Rafo" based in Watapana, a locality of Jacmel,

This operation was carried out jointly with the Departmental Judicial Police Service (SDPJ) and the Departmental Order Maintenance Unit (UDMO) in the Saint-Cyr area.

Fernando Pascal was on a motorcycle when he was arrested, accompanied by another individual identified as Étienne Jean Charles who managed to flee.

The motorcycle, a French firearm MAS 50 (or MAS 1950 identical to MAS 50), caliber 9 millimeters, serial FG94963, 9 cartridges and a mobile phone were seized.
